Pressure Cooker, C-CAP, and a Positive Side of the Restaurant Industry

This is a bit overdue, but I watched a great documentary a few weeks ago called Pressure Cooker. We chose it, of all the movies available for streaming on Netflix, because it had a solid rating and had been filmed in Philly, but I couldn’t have expected how much I would relate to the story and the characters.
